Meet the Board!

President: Milton Deputy (Jim) – Jim has lived in Victory Lakes for almost half of his life.  He works full time, plays in a band, and volunteers at his church.  He joined the FVLA to help make a difference in his community.  He loves history and taking trips with his family.

Vice President – OPEN

Treasurer: Lindsey BelcherLindsey was first introduced to Victory lakes as a child when she came to visit family.  Her parents loved “lake life” so much (as did she), that they purchased a home on the lake.  As an adult, she moved away to start a family, but when it was time to look for a new home, she knew she wanted to go back to one of her favorite places.    Lindsey originally joined the board to assist with planning community events for the kiddos, but when the treasurer stepped down, she went where she was needed.     Lindsey works full time as a compliance auditor, volunteers at her church and with many cat rescues, including TNR efforts here in Victory Lakes. She has lots of kiddos and keeps very busy with their activities.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and pets, decorating, completing home projects with her husband, and organizing.

Secretary:  Katie McNeal – Katie does not live in Victory Lakes, but just one lake over in Timber. She loves the campground like atmosphere that our unique lake communities provide.  She has lived in Timber with her dogs and children for 10 years.   She joined the board because she wanted to help out and support the lake life she loves so much.   Katie works full time as a Nurse case manager.   In her spare time, she enjoys reading, home projects, and spending time with her friends and family.   She also enjoys traveling in her camper.

Technical Director:  Victor DeSanta – Vic has deep roots in Victory Lakes, having spent his early childhood in the community before moving away with his family. In 2019, he returned to Victory Lakes, purchased his home, completed a full renovation, and officially moved back in January 2021. Victor joined the Friends of Victory Lakes Association Board because he wanted to play an active role in preserving and improving the lakes and surrounding community for current and future generations. He believes that strong communities are built by neighbors who are willing to get involved and work together.  Professionally, Victor works in healthcare information technology, where he specializes in supporting radiology systems and solving complex technical challenges. He brings that same problem-solving mindset and commitment to the Board. Outside of work and volunteering, Victor enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, cooking, exploring new technology, and spending quality time with friends and family. A lifelong technology enthusiast, he enjoys tackling new challenges and finding ways to improve the world around him.

Coordinator of Events: Tracy Deputy – Tracy works full time.
