Voting members decided on four member meetings to receive updates in the 2020 year. Member meetings have typically been attended by a small core group of our dedicated members. These meetings are a chance to have group conversations, engage with others in the community and stay informed. All members are encouraged to take advantage of this face-to-face scheduled time. Member meetings are held at the community Ruch Building at 14^th & Highland on advertised dates each year.  Click here for our current schedule.

If you have an email address and have not provided it to FVLA, please email us at [email protected] with your name, address and email address. Providing FVLA with your email address will allow us to send important updates, membership and event reminders.

Major event information will continue to be posted on our FVLA information board located on Lakeside Drive. We also may supplement with additional temporary signs, signs at the Shop and plan to build additional signage locations on the other side of the lake. Due to the limited space, the event name and date may be the only details provided.

FVLA prepares and mails a newsletter with relevant information to our current members. Due to the printing and mailing expense, as well as the preparation time for newsletter communications, this is typically only prepared once per year.

If you are not able to make the member meetings or receive detailed updates through other listed means (or even if you can), touch base with a neighbor in our community. We are fortunate to live in a great neighborhood with many long-standing residents and new-comers. The history of our lakes and the future of our community are tied to the people and the collaboration of these groups. Please make an effort to get to know some of these great residents through our sponsored events or on your own while enjoying a nice stroll in our neighborhood.
