New Signage!  You may notice signage on lake properties.  We are working with the Township and NJ Fish and Wildlife to increase security and DEP compliance in our community. These signs are part of the beginning steps of the process.
Community Entrance Sign Update – A volunteer replaced the wood around our community sign on Malaga and Sunset and volunteers continue to maintenance and decorate around the sign.
PSEG – PSEG has recently fixed the fencing at Malaga and Sunset. Thank you!
The Ruch Building – the Ruch Building is a separate entity from the FVLA however all property owners receive a discounted rate if they rent the building. We recently had new floors installed thanks to fundraisers and generous donations.  If you are looking to rent, send us an email and check out the new upgrade!

We regret to inform you that the FVLA will not be hosting our annual Jam on the Dam event this year. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers who have generously given their time and effort each year to make this event possible. Your support has always been deeply appreciated. Given the significant time, resources, and volunteer effort required for planning, executing, setup, and cleanup, we’ve made the difficult decision to take a step back this year as our attention has been ensuring the FVLA is compliant with DEP regulations, paying the dam loan, and working towards the betterment of our community. We are looking forward to next year’s Jam on the Dam. it’s never too early to start – we need volunteers to make this work.
