Community Clean Up Day

Twice a year the Township sponsors a Community Clean Up date where we receive a $500.00 check for cleaning our own community. We need at least 30 participants to sign up day off. Children count but they must be accompanied by an adult. Some projects for that day include:

• Cleaning up trash (in front of your home counts)

• Tearing down uninhabited Beaver Dams that are blocking the flow of water

• Dam Maintenance requirements

• Pulling weeds

• Raking

• Beautifying our Ruch property

• Beautifying lake properties

• Decorating our community signs

Trash bags, gloves, a T-shirt, and light refreshments will be provided. If you have project ideas and/or would like to donate, please reach out to us via email.
