Community Clean Up

Each Spring the Township hosts a community cleanup event.  For participating, we earn $500.00.  We will need 30 or more volunteers (kids count) to meet at Sunset Lake Beach and sign up the day of.  Volunteers can help with any of the following OR if you have an area or project idea, you can do that too!  This is a great chance to give back to your community while making it better for all.  Trash bags and gloves will be provided.  If you have tools or machines that might be helpful, we encourage you to bring them.  Just show up, sign in, and dedicate an hour or more of your time.

• Clean up Brush and Fallen Trees along Lakeside Drive Lake Properties
• Clean up Lake Beaches (Rake, Sweep, Pick up trash and Debris)
• Clean up Trash throughout our Community, especially high littering areas such s Sunset Ave, and yes, in front of your own home counts!
• Weed and Mulch Parking area at lake beach, areas around community signs, and garden beds at the Ruch Building (Mulch will be provided)
• Paint the door and window grates of Community Center (Paint and Paint supplies provided)
• Clean up Leaves and Debris at community center
